From safety teams on Umbrella
The prompt gets you the report. Umbrella keeps it true.
“The most dynamic risk system I've used. It's the first time the register and what's actually happening on site have been the same thing.”
“People in my role look at a figure and there's an emotional attachment to it. You can make anything look how you want. I get the information from [Umbrella] and it's black and white.”
TonyHSE Manager, Pilecom “I wish I had a better poker face, but my boss has been asking for almost exactly this for the last few months.”
Safety and compliance leadMulti-site services “It's far better to have it automated as opposed to a big Excel sheet. The information's way more accessible.”
Chris McDonnellPilecom “This is going to cut so much time. This system works for you, not the other way around, which is what previous systems have done.”
Group HSEQ managerIndustrial services, multi-site “Very impressed at the speed, at all the features. The responsiveness has been awesome.”

Make it live
A prompt gives you a snapshot. Umbrella keeps it live.
The board report you just made is out of date the moment it's saved. Next month you export the spreadsheet, paste it in and start again. Umbrella is the same report, built from the data your teams already capture, and it never needs re-running.
From a prompt
- Right on the day you run it
- Re-export, re-paste, re-run every month
- Actions sit in a document nobody opens
- One person's copy, in one person's chat
In Umbrella
- Updates as reports, inspections and hours come in
- Your spreadsheet becomes a live register in 24 hours
- Actions have owners, due dates and reminders
- One view for the site, the safety team and the board

Questions
Before you paste anything
Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email gate, no trial. Copy a prompt and use it. The prompts are how we show we understand the work; Umbrella is what we sell.
Does my data come to Umbrella?
No. The prompt runs in your own AI account. If you add a CSV, it is read in your browser and only the first 40 rows are written into the prompt you copy. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Which AI should I use?
Any capable assistant works. The prompts are tested in Claude and ChatGPT, and the Open in buttons take you straight there. Use the one your organisation has approved.
Can I rely on what the AI writes?
Treat it as a well-informed first draft. Every prompt tells the model to cite your regulator, flag what it is unsure of, and mark its output for review. A competent person signs off, every time.
Can I add my own prompt to the library?
Yes, and we'll credit you with a link back. Send it to hello@getfrontline.io with a line on what it is for and where you have used it.
Ready for the report that updates itself?
Send us the spreadsheet you'd paste into the prompt. We'll have it running as a live register in Umbrella within 24 hours.
